Due to its strategic location, Turkey is an actively migratory country. Just like in any other country, there are legal regulations in Turkey for non-citizens regarding matters such as work and residence.
Under ONAL & ONAL law firm, services are provided for the resolution, tracking, and legal actions related to any type of issues within foreigner law, including but not limited to Turkish citizenship applications, residence permits, work permits, renunciation of citizenship, real estate and inheritance law, employment of foreign personnel, required permits, and applicable procedures.
Entry to Turkey and residence permits for foreigners are examined within the scope of Law No. 6458 on Foreigners and International Protection and the General Directorate of Migration Management affiliated with the Ministry of Interior.
Application
Applications for work permits are made to Turkish embassies and consulates abroad. However, foreigners with a six-month residence permit in Turkey can apply online. If there is an employer or representative in Turkey, they can enter the website using their e-government (e-Devlet) password obtained from PTT, fill out the form, and submit the required forms and documents to the Ministry within the specified period.
